By booking or participating in any services provided by First Touch Soccer Training (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide private, small group, team, and clinic-based soccer training services. All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to coach availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be requested through our official website or authorized contact methods. Payment is required to confirm a session. We accept payments via [insert payment methods here]. Prices are listed on our website and may be updated at any time.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. In case of bad weather, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost.

5. Player Safety

We prioritize player safety during all sessions. However, participation in athletic training involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with physical activity, including potential injury.

6. Parental Consent

For players under 18, a parent or guardian must approve participation and accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf. Parents are encouraged to supervise and communicate openly with our coaches about their child’s development and safety.

7. Media & Video

We may record training sessions (including drone footage) for performance analysis and promotional use. By participating, you grant us permission to use such media unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Code of Conduct

All players and guardians must treat coaches, teammates, and opponents with respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a session or program due to inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or repeated non-compliance.

9. Intellectual Property

All training content, videos, and materials provided during sessions are the intellectual property of First Touch Soccer Training. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
